Terms and Conditions

1. General age limit: Driver must be over 23 years old and have held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. 
2. When collecting, you must bring a driver's licence and debit/credit card.
3. The credit card will be authorised for a higher amount than the rental to cover any additional costs such as toll road charges and fuel.
4. Toll charges and fuel are always in addition to the hire charge. Toll charges are billed at the full price, excluding any discounts. In accordance with current regulations, 25 % value added tax (VAT) is charged on toll charges.
5. Photo-registered parking must be paid on site. Otherwise, a fee of NOK 125 per parking session will be charged. Other fines will incur an additional NOK 300.
6. The tenant is responsible for photographing damages before using the car.
7. Rental cars cannot be used on track days.
8. In case of default/non-payment, the car may be repossessed or collected.

The tenant must provide security for the financial liabilities arising from the tenancy. The security in the form of a reservation on a debit/credit card must be in place before the rental car is collected. The total rental price in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) will be charged upon return of the car. Accrued toll crossings, fines, unpaid parking fees, and any damages will be charged along with the rental price or charged afterwards.
